Organise Your Own Email Meetup

Ready to bring the email community together where you are?

Hosting an EmailMeetup is a meaningful way to connect with peers, share expertise, and strengthen your local professional network, whether it’s a casual gathering over coffee or a themed evening meetup with guest speakers.

As an Emailexpert member, you can list pre-existing events you’re already organising or host something brand new. We provide the platform, guidance, and visibility – you bring the community spirit.

  • ✅ Promote your meetup to a global audience

  • ✅ Access hosting support, optional sponsors, co-promotion and micro grants

  • ✅ Join a trusted network of hosts who care about collaboration, not sales pitches

Let’s build something great, city by city.
If you’re a member, you’re welcome to list your meetup now — or reach out and we’ll help you get started.
